Harvests your contacts

D_and_L

Until it asked for my contacts, I would have given it 4-5 stars. There is nothing this application needs by accessing your contacts. I’m going to discuss with our team and propose we need a new service.

Needs support to override DND

im2cre8iv

The vCard has 30+ numbers, but I don’t want to register every number as a “Favorite”. The android version of the app allows for overriding DND, can we get the same for iOS?

Can’t get push notifications to work

mtshane55

They show up as a notification, but never trigger the correct sounds. I’ve tried uninstalling everything, updating, adding all back. And, the rest links from the website seem to work just fine. But not receiving a push notification with sound at 3am sort of makes this app worthless.

Do not disturb

J*Lo

Need some easy way to get alerts when iPhone is in DND mode and blocking app notifications - like at least provide a small set of phone numbers that I can allow to call/text me, not a massive list of frequently changing numbers that I can’t possibly keep current in my list of favorite contacts.

Needs critical alerts option

WildBill410

This app would be great but it needs to utilize iOS critical alerts to notify even if in do not disturb or silent mode!

It’s just passable. The visual bugs and constant refreshing makes my job harder

Zarcos

Sorry for being harsh because PagerDuty has made my life generally much better. But the iOS app is pretty much garbage right now. It has tons of visual bugs, is constantly refreshing and jumping the buttons and views around for the current alerts and everything takes several taps. Nothing about handling alerts is easy and when you get a lot of them (also a big problem on our end we need to solve) the friction adds up to a lot of frustration.

Missing critical feature

fuesbcowbxabcohoe

Vibrate until I acknowledge, not just once, not just twice, literally nonstop until I acknowledge.

Too easy to mis-resolve

:$!;@wsvdiwk

Could you at least add a confirmation dialog, swiping to resolve is really easy to misdo it, and once it’s resolved it can’t be switched back.

Love it, but...

FBKx2

V5.25 of the mobile app added a confirmation pop up when resolving an alert? I don’t need to be asked “are you sure” or whatever when resolving an alert. Can we make this optional? I don’t have to confirm when acknowledging an alert and previous versions did not ask for confirmation when resolving. I love the Apple Watch integration! Works flawlessly.

Unreliable alert statuses

JordanZr

Starting with the latest version(5.27) I can refresh my active alerts and watch them toggle randomly between alerted, ack’d, snoozed and resolved. So I have no idea what status the alerts are actually in. The timeline doesn’t show that anybody is actually changing the status. So the app is worthless now...
