So many areas need improvement

For a $10/month app, this one needs help. For one, when you're writing a message, you can't minimize the message window in case you wanted to look at the calendar or something. Someone really needs to go through this program carefully and work out the bugs.

Now unable to see when others last logged on

Great that 3rd parties can now use the app, but now parents are unable to see when others last logged on or viewed the calendar... Update?

Please bring back the login record..

I like most of the recent update, especially being able to see all correspondence on one page. But, I miss the login record. It was a lot easier to login and check the record versus trying to go into individual emails to see who's read what since both our current spouses are included on the system. Please bring it back!

Login review and refresh

Missing the boat

Although I love this app, there are a few updates needed. Like being able to reply to a sent message that hasn't been responded to. This would allow for tracking of lack of communication. Right now I have been hitting the print button, coy the info, create a new message to accommodate this need, but have to be at a computer to do this. Also attaching pictures or documents to journal entries.

Please create an app for the Apple Watch and for the iPad. It would make things easier to work between devices. This would help communication between a divided family and would be the best interest of a child to have the parents in complete communication.

Essential functions missing

Third party account

If you are a third-party such as a step parent or grandparent you get no notifications that you have a message unless you go into the app. There is no option to upload photos for the third-party members in the computer or cell phone version of the app. This would be very helpful with medical bills, receipts, photos. Very disappointing. This app is supposed to make things easier-not more difficult.

A bit outdated!

I rate this app with a 2.5, because I wish there was a place where we can store photos and/or to share them and the additional purchase to increase our storage is a ripoff.
