Well the app keeps crashing on me. It did not do this at all before. Also could you add a way to send pics through the app too not just the Internet.

The purpose of an update is to improve and stabilize previous releases. Not to induce instability, crashing and create issues that were not ever an issue before. Please issue an update with a rollback to the previous version so that it may be able to be used again in any capacity!!!

Your court mandated service keeps crashing. Use the forced profits to pay actual developers. Push notifications and messaging service code blocks are available via a simple Google search, they're not that hard to stabilize.

Not able to forward a sent message (ie if your ex isn't responding to a question)...can't attach items to emails. With the latest update ap tends to crash more often.

Had to call customer service because it wants a new security question. Customer support was VERY helpful. New version does not crash anymore. Nice!

Absolutely the worst mobile app. Critical flaws in application design and bugs remain un fixed. It's kludgy, extremely slow and the design itself is so fundamentally flawed that attachments and full event details cannot even be viewed on a mobile device. The 'Support' is at the very bottom of the barrel as well. While the ofw system serves a critical purpose for tracking critical communications with ex spouse, the mobile app is ridiculously poorly architected and and should be for the cost. Very surprised that this ever made it through the App Store testing to be honest. Buyer beware. Highly suggest an alternate product.

Terribly slow and cumbersome

The website is slower than dial up, requires you to clear your cache and refresh your browser to make any changes in the calendar (I have Windows 8 and a lightening fast ISP). The mobile app is tedious and has too many layers to dig through to obtain simple information. Way too expensive for what you get. This app is free, the website should be, too.

Called customer service because all of the sudden my email and username no longer exist in their system and I couldn't login. They were just rude and no help. Still can't log into something I pay a ton of money for. Horrible!!!!!!!

Don't use this it got me arrested they said they would filter out Cus words and they did not so use it at ur own risk highly do not recommend

I don't understand how these people can get away with having such a crappy app. Even when accessing the service through a laptop or desktop the website itself is filled with glitches and incredibly frustrating to use. Unfortunately it's the only option right now. I hope someone comes along and does it right and puts these guys out of business.
