Crashes Often

Our Family Wizard is the only way my ex and I communicate now. I find it very helpful, but the app is poorly laid out and crashes often. Fix it!
Waste of money

This court ordered app is a complete waste of money. It's always down for "maintenance", yet the functionality never improves. We seriously can only load ONE picture into a message?

Good app and easy to use. I only use app when I don't have access to a computer as I prefer to use the website.

This service is very good for tracking custody visitation and documenting swaps and changes. The online service is great and the app is just ok.
Too many bugs

There are several bugs in the app that need to be fixed. One of which is crashing and logging me out while typing a reply. The reply didn't get saved and I have to start over. The other is I don't always get alerts about messages or events until the next day. And when using it and events come in I have no idea what those events are. Also if your in the messages area you have to back out completely tot eh dashboard and go back to the inbox to see the new messages. Oh and the reply to messages screen is crap! You can barely see what your typing (cuts off half the screen) and you can't see the original message. It should be just like using email. And yes attaching photos is Bs. Barely half a photo? You should be able to take the pic in the app, attach the whole photo and attach more than one if necessary.
Ugh...app is useless

This app is full of bugs and constantly crashes. Besides that, the information you gain from here can be found with a simple google search, and the documentation side of things is pointless.

App works good but I really wish it would include the original message when you are replying to the other parent. It works on the website but the app doesn't.
Missing key information

In the app, you can't see drop-off/pick-up times of regular and modified custody times. No quick glance info. here, useless!

Still no upgrades to the mobile app. Owners are out of the country happy to take US money.
