Very Poor App

Unfortunately this app has many bugs and doesn't support simple things like fingerprint validation. This app needs work Ornl.

And extremely long long overdue update. App has had some serious issues for a very long time. It is great to see credit card in the app now. So far this update seems to actually be saving my log in under the remember me option. It never did before. Constantly had to type it every time. Glad to see ORNL finally stepping up their game.

I love ORNL! Especially in person, but this app? Eh... I'd give it a 1 Star were it not for the folks in person. Logging in - I use strong passwords, so forget it - No TouchID, No PIN, No Swipe... Secure nline banking for me requires strong passowords two-step authentication (not two step verification). Deposit checks is a hassle too with the extra level of endorsement on the back. It's also s l o w. Credit Unions are their customers side, much unlike banks (big or small). So I understand why money going into app development is more difficult. Thus - two stars. However, knowing ORNL - they'll update this eventually :)

So many awesome updates! I love the pay options, I love having access to my credit card at my fingertips! I use bill pay all the time and now I can manage it all with the app! If you have more than one account the remember option allows you to save both accounts! Love it!

It's better than it was. I like the ability to pay on your credit cards and loans straight from the account page. I think it could be opened up to let you access more about you account like the Y-12 app.

Deposit feature doesn't work

Check deposit feature doesn't work. I've tried to use it twice, and both times I get a message about technical difficulties, then the entire app freezes. Worthless.

Very good, but have some suggestions

Love using this app for banking. The Touch ID is very quick and easy and the 'quick balance' is even nicer for just a quick glance of what's in your accounts without having to log in. My biggest suggestion is that the app needs to show a longer expense history when you view your accounts. I'd like to be able to keep scrolling through past month's expenses instead of just the current month or month and a half. Also, the app feature that lets you pay off your credit card seems glitchy when I try to use it, like it doesn't always register when I try to pay it off. Great app but could use some work.
