Very unreliable

The app is very unreliable. I get stuck in loops trying to perform some functions. Now I can’t register my device. Works fine on the website.

App has failed login over and over. Crashes while being used. Almost easier to just use the online website

I have to redownload the app in order to use it each time and obtain a new code to verify my device. Not helpful at all.
New Phone. Terrible App Now.

When I had my iPhone 7 Plus, this app was amazing. Now, with my iPhone XR, I haven’t even been able to make it past the log-in screen. I hope that an update to fix that bug will come soon. It’s not worth having until then.

This app and the iPhone XS don't seem to get along. It usually takes more then one try to get into the app. Once successful it's hit or miss on being able to review transaction history. This conflict needs to be addressed as it's only getting worse. I resigned myself to having to delete and reload with new updates but this is getting ridiculous.
This App Always Has Problems

This app always has problems. It always freezes up or will never update you accounts. When it works it’s great but I feel like I’m constantly having troubles. It definitely needs to be updated and soon.
Transactions

You can only see a few transactions. Even searching for a week date range. I need to all transactions.
Not good.

Since ORNL switched to this app, it’s worked ~half of the time. I love the bank but this app makes it hard to do any banking without logging into my computer. Very inconvenient.
