Looks/Feels Rushed. Doesn't work all the time.

The app doesn't make use of standard iOS functionality (text size, Touch ID, navigation, buttons, etc.). Overall speed is very slow, especially when you have multiple accounts. Why do you have to click a tiny icon to view branch hours? That should be prominent branch info. Also, recently the quick balance feature quit working. I am guessing this is related to iOS 9.2 release.

Uninstalling and reinstalling this App after I upgraded to iOS 9.2 solved the 'remember me' and 'quick access feature'. I use the remote deposit feature frequently. Would have rated it a 5 if the user interface was more iPhone-like.

Perhaps not the prettiest, this app does allow me to do a lot with my bank account. View balances, pay bills, transfer funds. I also like the ability to view account balances without logging in every time.

This app used to be a life saver, but since the newest update, NOTHING works right anymore. Each function takes forever to load, and times out so often that it makes the app a time waster instead of the time saver it used to be. There are so many iOS functions that could be used here that are not, and could save everyone time by being implemented. Whatever it is you guys did in the last update, either undo it or do an overhaul of the functions you cater to, or I'll be deleting this app. Right now it's just not worth it.

But now it's just completely useless. While it was never anything to brag about, having the app was a convenience over going onto their mobile website. As of now however it isn't worth the space it takes up on my phone.

This app seems to have been made for Windows XP not iOS devices. I have an iPhone 6S Plus on iOS 9.2 yet everything is either slow and hit or miss or just not working at all. This is the biggest reason I use another bank. Their App actually works and allows me to more easily keep track of and use my money without having to use a website that barely works on Internet Explorer much less Safari or Chrome.

Please fix this app it's terrible...I'm not sure who's In charge of app development but they need to try again it is very buggy and crashes all the time and if it works it takes forever ...please please fix it I would go to another credit union to have a better app...Knoxville TVA credit union has the best app and it has NEVER crashed might be good idea to take notes from them
