I love the collections and the books but really hate the fact that I can’t use the pencil to draw highlight and annotate Please add Pencil support

I was reading a book on an iPad Pro and after a simple scroll, suddenly, all the highlighted text got deleted. I was hoping to revisit the book’s highlights for an upcoming interview.

App does not have a way to reinstate my account plan, even though it allows me to Log in.

Constantly getting “There was an error loading the title. (Invalid chapter data)” error on multiple books. These books work absolutely fine on the website. I must say the content is great, and I would bump this up to at least a four if this error went away. Edit: In settings I “clear(ed) storage.” This fixed my problem.

The app takes me back a couple of paragraphs every time a book is reopened. Other than that I’m enjoying the book selection.

The content is great, but the app is quite mediocre: - app often loses the exact spot I was reading if I switch to a different app to write something down - search filtering is useless (no grouping, no filtering within results, filters are immediately reset) - if you open a search result, returning to the search loses your position so you have redo everything (to work around this, I add the books that might be interesting to a playlist because otherwise the search state resets) - highlighting is sometimes lost

I use this app on my iPad to read a book. Quite often when I open the app to continue reading, its screen turns completely white and nothing happens. The only workaround I found is to force quit the app and open it again.

Whenever you switch books or the app it just goes back to some random read page when you reopen the same book. Menus are unintuitive. Great content though. Also asks to login randomly which makes offline mode unusable. Happened to me in the subway a couple of times and stuck with the login screen since my iPad does not have cellular connection.

When a book is downloaded it is readable for about hours then it cannot open. Have to delete the book to reopen. Often updating a downloaded book to newer version breaks the cache as well.
