Several obvious bugs

The app has obvious bugs, like opening videos not from beginning, loading a different material upon opening the app on the following day or so, besides mixing content if the same book has video and audio versions
The player doesn’t integrate with the OS

The content is fantastic, and I got amazed by the maturity of the platform. The only problem that I faced was the poor integration of the multimedia player to iOS. I can’t control the player from the lock screen of my phone. More specifically, there are many occasions that I want to get back a couple of seconds, which is impossible from the lock screen or Apple watch. That is quite annoying!
Space to Pause videos needed!

Please allow SPACE to pause videos! Otherwise amazing catalog of content where all of it is extremely high quality!

Last year September I registered for this app and payed it for some books but this app automatically charged for this year. I looked at my bills little late (15 days) and I requested them to cancel my subscription. They didn’t cancel my subscription and charged for full year 400$ even I told I’m not interested. I’m really not happy, it’s my hardly earned money .

offline mode often broke

as others reported offline mode has issues often have downloaded material. but then in airplane mode and poof app thinks i need to login. but must have active online internet to log in. so so much for reading when offline.
No dark mode?

In 2021 it is extremely important to have dark mode available. It also saves electricity.
