I LOVE THIS SERVICE. After using Ringcentral (not user friendly, expensive) and Mightycall (literally didn’t work), I feel like Openphone is a saving grace. It’s inexpensive, has just the features I need with no extra fluff that gets in the way, is reliable, and feels like I’m using my phone as normal. The support has been great as well. Highly recommend!

Sometimes my messages don’t go through, also with contacts I noticed that I will have to add them manually to OpenPhone and It will not register on my phone contacts or the computer app. If there was a way to linked them and not have any issues.
Things I’d like to see

1) I get a lot of spam calls. Would be nice to have a filter to send all calls not in my contacts directly to voice mail. 2) Given all these spam calls, would be nice to have a way to clear all listed calls in the unread section. 3) I know OpenPhone is anti voip hardware but some people like hardware phones. Having a list of approved ATA devices and voip phones would be a good thing.

Like the service and options. Specially the business hours, but the app has way too many bugs. In the last 24 hours I have noticed at least 5 bugs. The biggest one is when you delete the conversation , app would crash right after. Overall, service is nice, the app needs some work.

I was using Skype with an unlimited US calling subscription. The price was good but connection quantity was bad at times and there where numerous disconnects. OpenPhone has been great during this test period. It always connects with great sound quality. Plus you can’t beat the fact , that at a lower price than Skype you have a US telephone number for your friends and business.
