I would have to rate this at a 3 because. I’m paying for a service to look professional as a business. However, when I dial someone my company name does not across on there Caller ID just my number displays. So what am I actually paying for and when you go online and try to set up text to speech vmail I can’t find it. Also is the a way to check vmails? I don’t know but sure would like to.

First I was told I can’t use my email it has been blocked, then my phone number didn’t work had to get that verified now I can’t log in and it charged me full month’s 9.99 despite of me signing up for the 7 day trial?

We love the idea of this system. In fact we ported from Google Phone to this platform. We are having difficulty in getting the app to work right - or at least the way we think it is intended to work. There is no support phone number. It is all email which makes it hard to trouble shoot and there is a big lag in turn around. We really need help and really want this application to work right for us. It seems to have all the features. If we could only get some help in configuration……
