We have used open phone for almost a year now and I’ve started getting complaints from customers on having a lot of static on the phone. Hopefully you guys can fix this. After several weeks of issues with you guys. We are done.
Very buggy app and poor privacy policy

The app doesn’t push notifications well. It crashes constantly. And refuses to send some messages. I’m using this service to maintain a number I want to keep and use situationally, but this app has a really bad user experience and I’m contemplating just giving the number up or trying to port it over to Google Voice. Also, their privacy policy is really bad. Like Facebook bad.
Impossible to figure out

Why I cannot see any- ANY- recent activity. My screen shows from August to Sept 8th. I get a quick notification of a call but missed it. Wanted to call person back and i can’t access recent voicemail nor am I able to find the missed call number!!!!!!

I’ve had my account flagged twice each time having to prove I’m a business! It’s irritating to get locked out of your phone and having done nothing wrong!

I love OpenPhone. Yes it’s just a phone app. But is it? It’s a communication masterpiece. Best in the game. Just 10/10!
