The app is so good but openbay owners need to work on the quality of work done by repair shops . Quality might be a huge set back on future growth

I'm adjusting my first review. My first review basically said it wasn't ready for prime time because I wasn't getting any immediate results; however, I did start getting messages on my repair the next day, both from the auto repair shops themselves and from open bay representatives. The CEO even emailed me! The app has a road map to add even more features such as adding photos into the messaging field, so that's great to hear. I think this is a step towards something pretty awesome in the future of auto service.

You need to integrate with Yelp rating/reviews ASAP. Google reviews are very old from what I saw. Also you need to add shop hours and maybe filter for whether open on weekends. Was interested in a shop until I Yelped it and they aren't open weekends - wastes time! Keep going! Has potential with just these small additions. The initial License/VIN entry is a bit weird, maybe don't hide the manual selection option for those that know what they drive :)

Put in a simple request for radiator work. Live in A major city and got zero quotes. Garbage.

I have used Openbay a few times now and it couldn't be easier! It really saves me the time and trouble of calling a dozen shops and getting the run around. The best part is I just book the service and pay on my iPhone. I highly recommend this app!

I signed up, but could not use it. I live in one of US largest metro to metro areas. And, they did not have coverage in my area.

This is a much needed app: it makes it convenient to search, book and pay for your car service. Just one suggestion: the messaging area appears to confuse the repair shop if you are getting multiple cars serviced. This might be something that could maybe addressed by changing the UI for the shop - besides that (plus integration of 3rd party ratings) it is great!
