After a full day of using it, it's actually pretty cool – Openbay Review

I'm adjusting my first review. My first review basically said it wasn't ready for prime time because I wasn't getting any immediate results; however, I did start getting messages on my repair the next day, both from the auto repair shops themselves and from open bay representatives. The CEO even emailed me! The app has a road map to add even more features such as adding photos into the messaging field, so that's great to hear. I think this is a step towards something pretty awesome in the future of auto service.
