Currently broken - will not accept any zip codes.

Great idea and could be a 5 star app but needs to be qa'ed better - can't use it at all right now. Zip codes all come up invalid no matter what's entered.

Needed brakes replaced on a 2013 mini Cooper had 17 quotes within 48 hours. Really enjoyed being able to take my time and read reviews. Really excellent user experience all the way from the interface down to the repair. Saved $200 over the quote we got from the dealership and I didn't have to leave the house because the shop I booked did mobile repair. It was super easy to book. They showed up early and we're done with the job before their original appointment time. ???????????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Handle my funds horribly

Openbay held my funds for the services the mechanic was scheduled to perform, which is fine. But when it turned out I needed different services, Openbay had no way of applying the funds they were holding to my bill. Meanwhile they were holding on to the money I needed to pay my bill... at the mechanic I scheduled through them. At this point my car will sit in the lot, accruing storage charges, until the funds are released in 3-5 days. What a sloppy way to deal with my hard earned money. UPDATE: After some pestering one very diligent customer service agent helped me get my funds returned immediately. She made the difference enough for me to give 2 stars.

I tried to sign up on the app and it says that my e-mail is already in use...Really? gave me a 400 error If you have a new app, make sure it works. sorry you never got a chance to be.

Intent is better than Action. After 36 hrs, still waiting on quotes that were suppose to come from 8 auto shops.

Yeah, they break their price guarantee like nothing happened and expect you to pay double for a quoted service. What a bunch of clowns. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH OPEN BAY
