Pricing was misleading

App showed pricing that was misleading as it underestimated labor for the job. The garage told me that when they had to increase the price by 40%. Had to take the increase because it needed to get fixed immediately.

Took my older Tundra for a rack and pinion replacement. Ben was very good about calling with updates. I am very pleased with the work and especially the price! I will be a repeat customer!

Update it won’t scan my car in fact it don’t work on my iPhones5+ it’s amazing it can work on android but won’t irk on I phones use to have it and now I don’t this is the third time I tried and sent something like this and hoped that I would have gotten help but nothing thanks for nothing !!!!!! Zero stars if I could

Since it seems like a good idea, I tried. Twice. Two days later, no quote, no message, nothing. Obviously no mechanic cares enough to use this app. Edit: if Openbay doesn’t have service in Los Angeles, they don’t have service anywhere.
