The app is great and the video tutorials are helpful but the technical support is seriously lacking. Good luck trying to get a live human to help should something go wrong. They do not take phone calls and the automated email replies are utterly useless. If the have the time and Human Resources to generate religious BS that the send out all the time, they should redirect that energy toward support

I use this app A LOT. But since upgrading to iOS 14, the app won’t run. The splash screen flashes and the app shuts down

Paid $30 for the supposed “pro” version on recommendation of some review sites. What they don’t tell you is that $30 (which is obviously a lot for an app) buys you the privilege of being told that now you have to pay them $48 _per_ _year_ to actually be able to use such basic features as annotating charts. But it gets better: Acrobat (free) lets you annotate charts, but OnSong has some clever way of filtering out those annotations so that they don’t show up after “importing” into OnSong, so that you are forced into their sleazy scam. 5 stars for clever scumbaggery.

Love my OnSong but every time there’s an update lately, it seems it’s weeks before it works again properly.

After my 12.9 updated to iPadOS 14 the app crashes whenever I tap the icon to start it. I have had to pull out my 7 year old iPad to be able to use OnSong. Pleas fix it. UPDATE 10-13-20 Thanks for the instructions on the workaround. All works well again. 1. Turn off WiFi in Settings 2. Open OnSong 3. Ok Local Netwrk at the Popup 4. Turn WiFi back on

I don’t suggest this app if you’re using it with Songselect. A large number of the songs don’t download and instead, I get an error message that says “chord chart does not exist”. This is the case for both old, popular songs and new, popular songs. Also, OnSong has not addressed my issue in over a week’s time now. I have yet to receive tech support or a full refund.

What happened? I can not open the app now and I lost all my data! Very dissatisfied! I loved this app and really counted on it.

It’s been 11 days since my second attempt, and a little over a month since my first attempt at getting an answer to one question; is it possible to link the internal click and backing track file to play together?. The only email I got from them was a marketing email. ****update*** Today I got a response, so I will change my rating from a 1 to a 3.
