One Medical charges $500+ for a virtual doctor visit

Only if I could give them ZERO stars! One Medical is a huge fraud, trying everything they can to loot money from their patients. I scheduled a video chat with a primary doctor from their website just to get a referral to another doctor, the whole process took less than 5 mins, but I was charged $520.70 for a 5-min virtual call! Plus, the referral didn't even work, and I had to find another doctor by myself. Ironically, the $500+ bill arrived even before I found the doctor for myself. :) I had spent 3 months writing in-app messages to the admin team and calling customer services to dispute this ridiculous medical bill, but had always been told there was nothing they could do about it. I really wish I had checked reviews online before booking the visit, there were so many reviews you can find with the same complaints. Avoid them if you can!

The physician assistant I spoke to listened to all my concerns and alleviated my worst fears of diverticulitis. Suggest over the counter Magnesium citrate first. Then follow up later if not resolved. But with a doubt the ability to speak to a medical provider right away is huge.
Kids & Family Management need to be accessible in one account

I really need to be able to manage all the bills and appointments for my family from one account. You just rolled out onemedical kids in my area, I added/registered them but there is no way to add them to my app, so that I can make appointments and message their providers in one place. The confirmation email suggested my 8yr old download the app so she can make her own appointments. This is unrealistic and entirely shortsighted, minor children do not handle any aspects of their healthcare experience. Having to log into four separate accounts to pay bills with my HSA card is exhausting.
