Super easy medical records
like many others
I’m using the app to record my blood pressure. So great to have My own medical records at My finger tips. Easy way to communicate with my provider as well. Love Love One Medical!,!

I’ve been a member at one Medical for at least three years. It’s so easy to find someone to see when you need medical help at any of their locations around the city. Everything goes into my chart so any doctor I speak to has all my informal and can pick up where we last left off. That’s the best and most important offering to me. I am confident I’m getting the best care and my interests are most important, not just billing enough patients in a day. Highly recommend them!

Wasn’t just one location but NYC, SF, Berkeley, and Los Angeles too. Last straw was being told I could get my hormones over the phone during the coronavirus. Folks in these offices aren’t trained to care and don’t. Docs in these offices will see you less than the time you’re allotted. Company itself is #AntiBlackAF to the point I started #BoycottOneMedical and probably won’t ever stop. Usually the company goes under or I let it go if the CEO steps down cause that’s the point right? Change.
Used to be great, now it’s not so great

I was an early adopter of One Medical in San Francisco in about 2013. Their service has really slipped. Recently I moved out of the service area and these jerks refused to do any prescription refills unless I renewed my subscription. I’ve never had a doctors office do that. In addition I would need to renew my subscription to communicate with them via the app. Somehow they’ve managed to make their “premium service” less helpful than the vanilla drs office experience.

This app has always worked great, but I recently updated and the video call (and many other features) get stuck loading with a spinning circle
One Medical is the most useful app!!
