This app was decent at best, now it stinks. Everything from normal browsing to bugs logging in. I'd suggest fixing it or removing it from the App Store.

I can only assume this epic fail is the result of Bed Bath & Beyond buying OKL. BBB has literally ruined OKL by making it unshopable. Who needs to shop by color when you can shop by brand. I mean, it's not like I want to search for a rug that matches my color scheme. Those pesky favorites, well who needs those. There are so many bugs and issues and they have been ongoing for weeks with no fixes or updates. Did they release beta software? I take that back its worse than beta. Maybe a company that sells toilet seat covers should not sell furniture and design services.

Worst APP update ever!! Company has not publicly addressed confused/frustrated costumers about malfunctions. Sadly after years of loyalty, deleting APP since it's useless.

I really don't know what to say! Want to warn anyone who is thinking of shopping on One Kings Lane, please rethink this. They have 'updated' their website....horrible!!! I've ordered an area rug over $1,000. The website says I have received it. Well, I haven't. Have tried to contact them but I'm continue to end up in some email hell! Hope I receive my area rug one day!! Fair warning to anyone trying to order from this company.

Would love it even more if customers could upload how they used the decor in their homes - always more relatable, and I always try to see how someone else used an item before I buy. Updated: new app is horrible, it is a glorified version of a browser. I had to login in 3 different times and still could not view my "favorites". Not sure why OKL made all these subpar changes.

Contacted One Kings Lane a week ago regarding app issues: lost all of my favorites; lost all of my account history; difficulty logging into my account and having to re-log in continuously throughout my session; when accessing an item in a "shop", when you hit the back icon to return to the shop you are returned to the home page and need to start all over again! I have spent thousands of dollars on this site over the past 4 years and was planning on spending more during our present home remodel, but these difficulties have totally turned me off on a site I once loved! I understand they are going through a "system conversion" but they used very poor judgement during this time: they should have notified current clients via email of the conversion and what they could expect and for how long...and then a day or week of free shipping when the conversion is complete. Customer Service reps are very nice and doing their best but issues remain unresolved after a week and I have become very frustrated! If I could give this app -5 stars I would! Very poor client relations! They'll have some work to do to get me back! Update: April 2, 2017: logged complaints with Customer Service. Heard back a couple days later via email with apology/empathy for my frustrations but no acknowledgment of issues or commitment to addressing/fixing them. I wrote back that the apology/empathy are not good enough and suggested they check out the reviews of their app to gauge others' reactions to the updates! April 6: received email with coupon for 20% off, logged into website (couldn't use app) and immediately accessed my favorites and guess what: all of the items I wanted to purchase are "no longer available"! It's obvious that the purchase of OKL by BBB (that has its own financial and retail problems right now) will mean certain death for OKL!! So very sad!!

Bugs still exist months after update. Consistently brought back to log on page after trying to view ANY page. Moving on to other fine furnishing sites.

What a downgrade! The app now has a web-looking loading bar between screens! The back button is in a weird place! My login had to be reset! The app didn't remember what was in my basket! And, to add insult to injury, the checkout screen has issues with my (very much working) CC number. It was so bad, I had to place my order from Safari on my Mac. Please, please, please bring back the old OKL app to get a higher review!!!

Worst update ever! Multiple sign in requests, no zoom, multi page vs single page scroll... your old app was so good! Why change?? I probably will not shop with you anymore simply because the app is so difficult to use. FAIL.

The login information only remembers your password for 2 minutes. The ability to like has become too involved, the refresh or go back feature makes you go back through the entire content.... please rehire the woman you let go... the update is beyond subpar.
