One King's Lane: you were my greatest obsession..and after this update ? I am so disappointed....We had the perfect relationship. You knew exactly what I wanted,and you always left me wanting more... And then you updated to this new , impossible to navigate, clunky iPad version that I detest. It's no fun to browse or shops anymore and it's beyond slow ?....please fix it NOW or we are going to have to break up.... Thank you!!!! Formerly thrilled OKL Superfan Naples, FL

This update makes the app literally impossible to use because you cannot stay logged in long enough to save anything, let alone purchase anything, and instead get stuck in an endless loop of logging back in. I hope this is fixed soon because OKL has some great items, but if I can't buy them because the app is unusable, I'll go elsewhere. What a disaster of an update. Don't waste your time with this app until it has been updated.

What the HECK have you done to your app, OKL? I used to so enjoy shopping with you. This new app update makes it pure torture!!! I can't hit the back button and return to the department page I was on previously. Instead, I am taken back to the beginning page of the department, thus making me navigate all the way back through everything! Additionally, there is no clicking on an image and being able to zoom in for close up views of the item!!!! Either fix these issues, or you've lost another shopper. Not sure who was behind this new update, but they need to be canned.

What are you doing to fix all these problems, OKL. When can I expect to be able to use the App again? Where are my favorites? Why did you ruin the App? Why aren't you telling us what you're doing to fix it?

One Kings Lane used to be my favorite home decor shopping app. I loved the aesthetic and I loved how easy the app was to use. This new update makes the app impossible to use. It's almost like you don't want people to shop there. Every time I try and "heart" an item I am asked to log back in. When I hit the arrow button to go back to the previous screen I am taken to the home page and have to start my search all over again. I am decorating a new home in Los Angeles and will now shop elsewhere. You lost a loyal customer. Please go back to the old version of this app!

Is anyone at OKL listening to customer reviews about the app? You must be experiencing a decline in sales since you rolled out the update. Please fix or you will have many more 4mershoppers!

I fully agree with majority of reviews regarding this app. They have ruined what was once my favorite app to use. Just an extremely poor decision to change a good thing. It's close to impossible to use this app now in any enjoyable way!!!

You are losing loyal customers left & right, including designers like myself. Used to use you guys all the time; have an extensive purchase history with you. Now it's impossible. Have moved on. It's just a lesson in frustration. Really too bad. Was perfect. Frankly can't imagine why you felt the need to mess with it.
