Update bummer

The recent update is a total disaster. I hope they change it back--or at least take a survey of customers for features they liked and readjust. The filtering options have been severely limited. It's impossible to log in because the app just reverts back to the "change your password because we've changed" screen. A real bummer guys...
Just terrible

If they wanted to ruin a great app, they succeeded. Lost all saved items, account history, can't sign in, can't save items, and searching and browsing is very clunky.

Lost all my favorites I had book-marked to purchase. Went in to find artwork tonight to buy. Can't find anything. No longer user friendly. Why would they do this? Also lost my purchase history, unreal

Used to love it but it's very flawed after the update and I'm not ready to give up on it yet! Would appreciate a response from one kings lane that they're working on it!

I wish I had time to count the ways that they screwed the app up on last update. Look at the other reviews and fix your $&@%!!!

New app update has all kinds of problems. Back function doesn't work anymore and I can't easily mark items I like. While I like their products, I don't have time to wrestle with bad functionality.

OKL you were great and then what happened? Your app isn't working. Your website isn't working. Too many things to even mention. Fix it soon please! I want to be a loyal customer, but you're making it hard.
Update makes this unusable! Please fix!

I had given this app 5 stars before - loved it, but I can't even use it now - terrible update - no back function, won't keep me logged in for more than a minute, wouldn't let me contact to ask about issues. All my favorites were deleted somehow. So sad - please fix!

Have been a long-time OKL user and buyer and feel compelled to express how bad this app is by writing a review in the hopes that the company reads these. How is there no way to go "back" out of an item and to where you were in the sale vs all the way to the homepage. I also can't stay logged in so when I favorite something, it asks for me to log in again even though I just did. While the app is beautiful and otherwise nice, it's simply not functional and function has to be first. Super disappointing!
