Horrible Update! – One Kings Lane Review

Contacted One Kings Lane a week ago regarding app issues: lost all of my favorites; lost all of my account history; difficulty logging into my account and having to re-log in continuously throughout my session; when accessing an item in a "shop", when you hit the back icon to return to the shop you are returned to the home page and need to start all over again! I have spent thousands of dollars on this site over the past 4 years and was planning on spending more during our present home remodel, but these difficulties have totally turned me off on a site I once loved! I understand they are going through a "system conversion" but they used very poor judgement during this time: they should have notified current clients via email of the conversion and what they could expect and for how long...and then a day or week of free shipping when the conversion is complete. Customer Service reps are very nice and doing their best but issues remain unresolved after a week and I have become very frustrated! If I could give this app -5 stars I would! Very poor client relations! They'll have some work to do to get me back! Update: April 2, 2017: logged complaints with Customer Service. Heard back a couple days later via email with apology/empathy for my frustrations but no acknowledgment of issues or commitment to addressing/fixing them. I wrote back that the apology/empathy are not good enough and suggested they check out the reviews of their app to gauge others' reactions to the updates! April 6: received email with coupon for 20% off, logged into website (couldn't use app) and immediately accessed my favorites and guess what: all of the items I wanted to purchase are "no longer available"! It's obvious that the purchase of OKL by BBB (that has its own financial and retail problems right now) will mean certain death for OKL!! So very sad!!
