Small Steps to Success

JoyfulJenna

This program has been a great learning tool for me. The tracking of all your food and weighing in each day really helps me to watch my intake, it also allows me to see my progress. My coach is very helpful to me and not too pushy. She will send healthy alternative recipes if you just ask. Take the leap and try this program.

Good not great

Take a lesson from weight watchers. Once auto fill foods entered, still allow editing in the field. Allow multiple pictures for each “meal” Tracking snack together as a “meal” does not accurately reflect the day. Utilize scan technology to scan for health of foods in real time at the store Thanks for asking

Love the process. Need more objective measures.

The tracking and feedback process has been good. The food tracking does not include calorie counting, and is a subjective assessment of how healthy your meal is. That is not as helpful to me, as I need hard objective data to change my habits. The lessons are good - simple, but quick and instructive. The best approach would be to tailor the lessons and data capabilities to each level of participant, meeting them where they are so they can take it to he next level and not be held back by group dynamics.

Great Program

I was initially apprehensive and skeptical, but if you stick with it, it changes your life.

Needs some work

There is a constant notification that will not go away, no matter how many time you check the app and clear all info. Also, if you have several different snacks a day (ie: 10am you have a cup of strawberries and at 3pm you have a handful of almonds), it allows you to add the different snacks, but not different nutritional value for them. This is a big miss.

Amanda is starting off very good, Thank you!

Great app - missing a critical feature!

apatel

Please add ability to contribute weight information back to Apple health - the api already exists! Weight information is silo’Ed in to the app. The developers could Implement a simple data export or continuous stream for weight data to be available under the Apple health app. Would make it much more useful! Other than this - this is a great app. I’ll revise my rating when the feature is available.
