A few suggestions

TreeRabbit

The first time it sent me an affirmation, I thought it was nice. After getting the same affirmation every day for two weeks it was annoying. How hard would it be to have many kudos, that could be sent randomly? I find the message board to be very clunky. I’d like to see more messages on a page. A smaller font could make that happen. I’d like to be able to see the goals that I set for the week, as a reminder. Overall, I think the idea of the app is good, but it has no finesse. It feels a little like it was written by someone who knew just enough to get it up and running, but who lacked the skills to make it exciting.

Omada is valuable

I took the program over a year ago and still check in with my weight in order to stay honest. It keeps me accountable .

Crappy synch

Will NOT syncs with my Fitbit hr on a regular basis. Have to manually input steps. What a hassle.

It works!

Good so far

JParrillo.inl

As I just started with omada and have not used the app much it is good thus far. Some changes I would love to see is the integration of macro tracking when we put our foods into the meal tracker. For example I use the app my fitness pal to track my macros.

Primitive

Compared to similar apps this one is really lacking. Not user friendly. Food database is nonexistent. Only using it because it’s the only way to do the insurance company exercise.

Love the program but.....

I love the program but have an issue with the computer entries. The computer program is unforgiving. If you have a typing error, you cannot correct it. If you remember something you cannot add it. This is a primitive program! No flexibility! I am speaking of the food diary section. I also question the accuracy of the scale sent to us. I have worked hard to loose weight. I work out with a trainer at our local gym and have really cut back portion size as well as healthy food choices. I step on this scale daily. Each time the scale has shown weight loss. It varies from negative ounces to a pound loss at each weigh in. Today I asked for a body evaluation which measures fat, muscle and water weight. The scale at the gym was 2 lbs heavier than the weight shown on my scale. For someone who is working as hard as I am, each ounce of weight loss is a hard won victory. I came home so depressed. I thought I’d hit a 10lb weight loss victory. Not so. On the positive side, I like the idea of journaling meals and daily weigh-ins. I especially enjoy the weekly lessons. I have learned a lot regarding seeds, grains and healthy choices. I look forward to learning more about making healthy choices when shopping, eating out, and cooking for my family. Overall, a good program but really need to make the food journaling program more user friendly. Also scales need to be accurate.

Great program!

Great program! Take what works for you! Love that I don’t have to actually figure out the calories and the lessons are great!

Love this healthy eating app!

Over the past eight weeks I’ve lost almost 30 pounds using the Omada program! App is easy to use and beneficial to tracking weight loss. Helps identify trends that may not be healthy. Results hard to ignore.
