Love the process. Need more objective measures. – Omada Review

The tracking and feedback process has been good. The food tracking does not include calorie counting, and is a subjective assessment of how healthy your meal is. That is not as helpful to me, as I need hard objective data to change my habits. The lessons are good - simple, but quick and instructive. The best approach would be to tailor the lessons and data capabilities to each level of participant, meeting them where they are so they can take it to he next level and not be held back by group dynamics.
