I shop on the Old Navy app all the time- all my Gap card rewards are stored there, Touch ID sign in is easy, and I can find women’s petite and men’s athletic styles that aren’t stocked in stores. Can’t beat the sales, either! Perfect!

Easy to shop but once you want to check out there is always an error. It really defeats the purpose of having the app on your phone. But not will work if you use Chrome or Safari. Please fix!

The App wasn’t accepting my PW. It took me two dAys to place my order. I have no idea if I received the best deals or not. I will think twice before ordering fro Old Navy.

This app is beyond annoying. Idk if it’s just how old navy is, but why do I have to enter my password and sign in every single time I open the app?? It’s annoying. I’m not sure why old navy is worse than other companies, but the password situation has gotten on my last nerves. Not just the app, but on the website too.
