Whenever I need to update my closet for the basics like white jeans black shorts and simple tease I go straight to Old Navy! And now that they have this app I can store all your favorites it makes it even better! Thank you Old Navy for being consistent quality and price!

App keeps glitching and won’t let me open my shopping cart to check out and is telling me I can’t add things to my cart

Doesn't work.

Keeps telling me my password is incorrect or that the page is expired when I log in. GAP app is the same thing. Sounds like by other reviews, this has been a problem for a while. PLEASE FIX THIS!

App good, Login nightmare

The ON app is good once you log in, assuming you actually get that far. I would use the app more if the log in process wasn’t an ongoing nightmare. I can close the app and go back 20 seconds later and I’m logged out. This is literally the only app I use for shopping that does that. (Others I use frequently that keep you logged in for a sensible amount of time: Target, H&M, even Macy’s) Not only that, it constantly makes me reset my password, too which must be done at the actual site which then has erased all my cc info AND empty my cart. Bummed I have to leave only two stars but The log in thing has me over it.

Keep losing all my favorites

I love the store and the app mostly functions well, except it keeps logging me out and erasing all the clothes that I saved to favorites in the app. If they want me to buy stuff from them, they shouldn’t be trying to hide the stuff I want from me or making me do extra work just to find everything again. But what’s the point - I just went through and re-saved everything again, but it didn’t save any of it. That needs to be fixed or I will spend my money at another site that’s easier to use. Not fair ?

I love Old Navy, but I do not like the app. Simple is better! It would be nice if say a dress that comes in four colors would just be one click - show the dress, then allow us to select one of the colors to see how it looks - instead of seeing the dress four times while scrolling. This would also make ordering the dress in all four colors easier. The current setup is too time consuming.
