So thankful that Old Navy carries clothes for tall women. I am 6' and my daughter is close to the same and there are very few stores that have jeans, jackets, etc. that are long enough. Keep stocking up Old Navy! Us tall girls are out there!

I love, love, love to shop Old Navy and. Gap. on line. I have multiple sclerosis so I don’t get out much. Old Navy fits my “style” perfectly! At 5’10” and 130 lbs it’s hard to find clothes that fit. The “long” jeans are as though they’re made just for me. Customer Service at either Old or Gap is bar none the best.

App is great for adding items to your cart or favoriting but horrible with trying to pay. App crashes every time you try to submit payment. Wow. Pretty much useless if you can’t complete the transaction.

I love this app because you can easily find what departments you want to shop in, you can go from Old Navy, Gap, and Athleta in one app, and because of course I love Old Navy!

I called customer service this evening and got through with someone less than one minute. He was super helpful explaining to me the differences between the regular and tall sizes ! I wish I would have gotten his name to thank him on here ! Whoever you are on the West Coast thanks so much! Have been shopping at Old navy since I’ve been a little girl and now I’m in my mid twenties! Can’t wait for the future one day where hopefully I can bring in my daughter ! Thanks Old Navy don’t change!

First of all, I love Old Navy! Their app, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Too difficult to apply promo codes! I’m always getting a “Uh oh, we can’t process your request. Please try again later.” When I try to add something to my bag. The latter happens all the time. Actually I have trouble with the former all the time as well. Don’t make shopping your app a pain in the butt and fix these issues please.
