While having the app it’s convenient because it’s quicker than going onto the website, also rather annoying. I hate that I have to log in every time and it doesn’t save my information. Also when I do log in and I save favorites I go back to see my favorites all of them are gone and I have to reselect everything again.

I use to love the app and then it would occasionally give the “something went wrong” error. Now that the app has been updated, the error message is worse. It has not been fixed. Not only that, but i looked in my favorites and there’s a bunch of baby girl clothes in it. Very odd because i didn't put them there. I don’t have a baby or a girl. Even if i did, i would t have picked what was in there. Perhaps someone else’s faves were placed in mine. I hope they don’t do the same with personal info.

I wish it could be easier but the app constantly crashes which makes it hard to shop. Also the app doesn’t recognize my password and I have to reset it every time...

I love the ON app but whenever I sign back in and want to purchase from my favorite, they’re not even saved which frustrates me. Please fix this!

This Old Navy App works sooo good!! I’m a NEW Fan of Old Navy and have now become a frequent shopper.. favorites are the Rockstar Pants (have 8 pairs or so of various jeans and colors) .. and the “Women’s Relaxed Graphic Curved-Hem Tee Shirts”..LOVE THEM..(!).. amazing fit and comfort too— I have bought many in a variety of colors of these— and will buy even MORE if they come available.. particularly like these Tees that have graphic comments on them with something that is friendly and upbeat sounding (Example only— like the TShirt that says: “BE COOL, BE KIND” .. but only make that one much bigger in text vs it such a small text on the top right of the shirt)... the friendly words ones IMHO are better for those of us that don’t want to wear things mentioning Alcohol/Wine— or merely all the many “LOVE WINS” — which I like— but then it looks like I’m promoting things I might not want to wear and promote at church.. just sayin’. Keep up the great job Old Navy.. when you have these sales.. and receive free shipping .. it’s all so fair.. well done!! ???

I order from Old Navy online several times a month and the app is so frustrating to use. It asks me for my password over and over, then my cart disappears, then I have to log in again, it’s always such a process!! I really hope they fix it because it is very annoying to use. Shopping at oldnavy.com in Chrome on my phone is easier than using this terrible app. Please fix it!!!
