Keeps interrupting my connection

Edit: Gotta be real, the problem has only worsened in the past several months since I first wrote this. It’s hard to pinpoint why this happens cuz often a fresh install will help. Now I’m having desktop issues as well. Probs will switch to another VPN company after my sub runs out. :/ — Going to preface by saying I love the desktop service; haven’t had a single issue with it, - but I’ve run into several issues on iPhone in particular. Recently the vpn has been blocking/interrupting my internet connection even when I’m disconnected from the vpn. The only way to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall the app. I don’t mind that the vpn slows things a touch, but when Discord and my other apps won’t open at all because there’s a ‘network error’ it becomes really irritating really fast.

New client: still learning how the service works but see improvements as I go. Working well for cell phones but connection is more difficult and slower for iPad. Reason to be determined.

Not that great. Got it to watch videos overseas and it doesn’t work. I just blew money on this.

I have this installed on 3 devices, but mainly use it on 1 device only my iPad. There are some minor issues with Netflix occasionally and Hulu where I’ll have to exempt a separate Wifi connection to use. That isn’t that much of a big deal. The biggest problem I have with the application is that every other day it seems the app logs me out and I don’t even realize the VPN was disabled due to the sign out from the application and having to recreate and authorize the vpn connection in my settings. This is starting to get slightly annoying and may end up as the deciding factor if I keep my subscription after the 12 months end.

No longer working, even after reinstallation

Ever since updating to version 7.8.0 the VPN no longer functions at all, even after reinstalling it. The app sets up like it normally does, but when I check VPN in the settings app or look up my IP address on Google and DuckDuckGo or even look for the VPN indication at the top of my phone, it is not turned on. I have an active subscription and have enjoyed using NordVPN, but I will change VPN services if it is not fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Please fix.
