Less reliable than my previous VPNs

Daily, once or several times a day, the application quits. Quick connects works rarely, so I must shut down my iPhone 12 and restart to have Nord protection. Must troublesome app I’ve had in decades of iPhone use. (Most current updates for iOS and Nord.). Planning on switching to another VPN. Very disappointed. Cannot recommend to anyone seeking VPN protection.

The app is constantly disconnecting and signing itself out. The entire year’s membership filled with headaches.
Computer version doesn’t auto connect

Normally when you get a VPN you use it on both your computer and you phone. But be careful, every time you close your computer or turn it off, the VPN will disconnect and it won’t reconnect when you open your computer again. And on top of that, when the app asked me to rate it, I hit the 1 star and it wouldn’t accept it. The app only accepts ratings if they’re 5 star.

Whenever I had NordVPN connected directly to my Asus AC1900 router, everyone complained that it severely slows down the internet speed during gaming, streaming, emailing, and even browsing. I wanted all of the devices at home to be protected with the vpn instead of just having them protected individually. I even contacted my ISP to have them put my dual modem/router in “bridge mode” so that I could use it in individual mode. But, there is no workaround to prevent the drop in internet speed. Now I’m forced to use the vpn on individual devices which defeats the purpose of having a vpn in the first place (for me). It is indeed an excellent product if I could just get it to play nice with my router.
