New version does not work any more

I updated to the latest version, however no matter how I configure, it just tries to connect us end point, The UI is very confusing. It become totally useless now
Latest Update is Buggy.

After installing the latest update, the app is having difficulty connecting and staying connected to Wi-Fi. Speeds are slower on NordLynx than they were prior to the update. It used to be easy to connect to the vpn but lately it is becoming less user friendly and more cumbersome to bother with. This is unfortunate due to the reasons for using a vpn and choosing Nord as the source.
Decent service, horrible apps

The service is fast usually. A lot of sites still block their Endpoints, but they do work well. Their applications, across all platforms, are horrible. Clunky and buggy. Every week or so, they will randomly log you out and you have to find and enter your account info again. If there was a way to use their service without their crappy apps, would be brilliant.

Charged twice

I was charged twice last year for this app. I tried to contact customer service but there was never a response. So I paid twice for one year. I’m very angry about it. I want to be refunded my money!

I have been patient with this app but the updates tend to bring more bugs and I’m really tired of it. There is no point to a vpn if there is no connection to the internet. I’ve missed important messages and wasted time trying to fix settings to no avail. Keep looking for another service/app this isn’t it
