I’m hoping support sees this so they can help me forgive this out. My jersey won’t connect even though it’s clearly a NikeConnect jersey. It just stays on the same screen and I’ve never gotten it to scan.

Great app with highlights but for some reason after scanning my jerseys tag, it shows the teams page then after 5 seconds gives me a blank screen. Would’ve been a great app though.
Some kind of bug needs fixing

The app is unusable to me. When I tap the icon to scan and then scan the jersey, the app shows me a white screen where my only option is to scan the jersey again. This just brings me in a circle and no content ever pops up. Once I scan the first time, I don’t even have the option of contacting support, I have to delete the app and download it again to access support.

I thought all the hype behind connect was that it would allow you access to exclusive content and items to purchase. 99% of the time it just gives you highlights from the game that you can find absolutely anywhere online. Nothing really that fun about it and definitely nothing all that exclusive. 3 stars because it taps in very well, but also 3 stars because there’s really no point to do so.
Scanning tag every time you open the app is dumb

When you open the app, you can’t do anything until you scan the tag on the Jersey. What a waste of time. Once you scan the tag the first time, you should be able to open the app anytime you want without having to rescan it again. Please fix.
