Any time I scan my jersey it sends me to a page that says “Network Error We're having trouble accessing NikeConnect services.” And only prompts me to scan again

Hi! I bought a Jayson Tatum jersey and I found the Nike connect logo, but it won’t connect! I have an IPhone XR, but it only shows me the tutorial and no content! Fix please!

I scanned my S. Curry NBA All Star Jersey, entered my info and it brings to a screen that say as select a team. No teams, logos, or anything else is absent from said screen. I restart the application but results are identical.
