There are rewards that say they are available on the game day but not accessible. Case - a playlist from a player available on Oct. 20 when connected with a jersey was not clickable in the app for download.
Great concept, shoddy execution

Great idea but really needs more thought. Why scan my Ben Simmons jersey every time I open the app? Why can't I claim rewards on the 2k site? Why can't I claim past rewards? Why are the game images so blurry?

Once you scan the jersey it sends me to a blue screen and never does anything else...

The login Is buggy. I already have an account with Nike and every time I sign in it says that my email or password is incorrect so I tried making a new account with the same info and it then said I was already a member. That makes no sense to me

Nike Connect is such a cool way to keep sports fans in tuned with their favorite teams. I love the stats and highlights that you get when you tap in. Can’t wait to see what else Nike uses this tech for in the NBA line.

Nike fixed a small bug I had. The app works great. And Patrick was very helpful with my issue. He and Danny not only fixed my issue but made up for my problems with a gift.
