Tap in doesn’t even work

It doesn’t even read the sensor so it just sits at the “ready to scan” screen

Every time I click to claim rewards for 2k it just says your my player skill boost and Russell Westbrook are available on your console but it’s not transferring over on to my conspired I’ve clicked claim it multiple times and restarted the 2k app.

I bought a Giannis Antetokounmpo jersey about a month ago and I learned about this app through the jersey. I love to see the recap after every game and I also love the game tap in feature. I’m also a big 2k player and enjoy the bonus the app brings. It would be really cool to see more rewards implemented into the app

The app won’t load anything. Anytime I “tap in” to my jersey the screen goes white and won’t load.
