I have tried everything and contacted Nike for support. They said they were going to contact me in 2-3 business days but I have not heard from them since. It’s been 2 weeks

I just ordered a brand new jersey and when I tap the NikeConnect patch it says “access denied” any idea on how I can fix this?

I just got a brand new Lillard jersey today and tried to scan the tag. First thing it did was pop up a white screen saying access denied that I couldn’t even close out of. Every time I killed the app and reopened it the screen was still the same. All it says is “ AccessDeniedAccess DeniedF7F29ECE70A515C9FgyycNr/HYWVLtbVTl2yR8G707PfqGtnPGhFxpY7s6e/kHnJqfgj2m9htWGydg6K3p5rvqfQkbY=“ please help... Update: I got an email from the developers assuring me it would be working by today and I’m still having the same issue. It’s a Damian Lillard retro swing man jersey. Don’t know if that helps but I’m still getting the same message.
