I accidentally muted someone when I meant to tap the “turn off notifications for post” instead. There is no option to see muted neighbors/contacts and no option to unmute anyone. There is is no way to contact support from the app. Overall, I dislike this app for this and other reasons.

Homeless people create neighbor profiles in my neighborhood. I do not like how the app does not respect residents in the community. This app should provide security for neighbors, but instead it gives data to random, non-residents. This opens the door to criminals who aren’t from my neighborhood. This app is not safe for use where I live. Would not recommend. Install at your own risk. The gossip is not worth the security risk.

Every other post is either Karen complaining about some minute nonsense in the neighborhood or some bleeding heart psychopath enraged over the treatment of birds. Lots of old people with mental problems and lots of time. Do not use.

When I get an email about a particular post on Nextdoor and go to the app, as suggested, i cannot find the story!!
