After logging out, app will get stuck in a loop of login and timeout. Always have to reboot phone. I started using website on phone.

It works ok but Fidelity could learn a thing or two from reporting on Schwab’s Intelligent Portfolios app. For example, I want to be able to look up quarterly growth and switch to lifetime growth quick and easily in a graphical format with just a couple taps or flicks to see a visualized outlook of future or past trends. This app isn’t really something to gawk at or be excited about. Wish my company would have gone with a 401k that had a better way of tracking account stats on mobile

They need to do better. This isn’t much of an app it’s a worse version of the website. It’s impossible to see the data I need and display information in a usable way. If you just need top level account info it works but anything else is a pain. Sometimes it literally pulls in pages made for a computer screen. Did anyone test this app? It’s like they hate mobile phones. No respect for their customers. What a shame.

Literally 17-20mins late than the real time stock price. Using under wifi! Super annoying.

What a stupid app. The design is terrible and doesn’t have those essential functionalities. Try to figure out how to sell holding investments is just like trying to figure out how to send a man to the moon. Not intuitive at all. So dumb!!!

My 401k accounts work great. But I recently opened and HSA account and can only see the balance on the main welcome screen. When I click the account to see more details I get a blank grey screen.

It’s taken months for my rollover and it’s not down yet. Sometimes you get a notification that your deposit didn’t go through sometimes you don’t. Getting help is impossible. If this is what you’re employer uses you’re stuck.
