Sending documents via app

RN4MAMA

Was such an easy and smooth process wish I would have read my ways to send the documents ahead of time lost 2 whole weeks. Great gadget fidelity!!!!

Garbage

Luxor42

90% of it is just a wrapper for the 10 year d mobile site or even the desktop site on several schemes. The design scheme is incoherent and the functionality is finicky. Hire some decent developers, or take the handcuffs off the ones you have.

Terrible

Emessiha

Think u have to try to build a worse app

So easy to upload photos

I had to request a hardship withdrawal and the process to turn in documents was so easy

Send a document

This is a great feature; however, it cut off the top of the document from the preview, and at the end I am not able to review all of the documents to make sure the picture took properly. It would be nice if the picture was more of a scan feature like the genius scan app. Another option would be to allow me to upload a document already saved. Overall the app is easy to navigate and works well.

Modern

Thank you for having “Action” so I can upload information. No one has time to print and fax every time they need to send info. This app works perfect.

Works but could be a lot better

The app is very basic doing anything complicated redirects you to their website. Overall, it works but come on- its 2019. There should be a lot more bells and whistles. It is painfully obvious that fidelity underinvests in their IT infrastructure.

Very user friendly

I am a little behind ; when it come to being tech savvy . However, the website gave me simple instructions to download app. Once I got to the app ;it was very easy to follow steps. I must say it made my life much more easier.

Super easy!!!

Quick way to keep up with my balance and how much closer I am to retirement.
