Works sometimes

I had to update to this version of Fidelity Net Benefits app and have had nothing but trouble with it. It frequently will not let me log in after I have closed it. It’s just better to log in online and skip the app.
Portrait only?

Why is the new app available only in portrait mode? I read everything in landscape. Doesn’t feel like an upgrade.

When user clicks on “contact us”, they are taken to a page where there is a button for “Call a Rep Now”, but that button isn’t functioning. When clicked, nothing happens. And there is no phone number listed so that a user can manually dial. Thus, the use has to go to the Fidelity website on a browser and dig around to find the right NetBenefits number. This a major bug that needs fixed!
Can’t Log onto APP

For several days, I haven’t been able to log onto the NetBenefits APP For IPAD. It keeps telling me “temporarily out of service”. I just loaded this APP a week ago. I can use the icon on my desktop computer. 20 Sept 2019 When trying to log in ... keeps telling me to “log out” and then “log in”. At times when I am able to log in the “as of” date is off by a day or so. 22 Oct 2020 App not working again. “Technical Difficulties “. Has been down for three days. So frustrating.

Fortunately I still have the old NetBenefits app because this has completely stopped working - it won’t even open.

I cannot count the number of times the app has logged me out over and over when I try to login, both on iPad and iPhone. This used to be a great app but is terrible now.
Send Documents window doesn’t work :(

one of the main functions, securely uploading documents, doesn’t work. just a little blank white box with a black blue button. probably an error window, which doesn’t work either. and the web site message center and document upload functions don’t work either, so there are no options but the dinosaur mail trail :(
iPad App Icon and buffering wheel

The app is okay. My main issues are the constant buffering/loading symbol in the app on both the iPhone and iPad versions. And why are the iPhone and iPad app home screen icons different? The iPhone version is almost all green like the Fidelity app icon. But the iPad version of NetBenefits has a green in white icon that’s cheap looking. Please fix.
Problems logging in and out

I generally like the app when I can get into it but every time I try to go to the app it just keeps saying its logging me out then session timeout then logging me out like 40 times definitely a bug that drives me insane
