This is the worst app to do rollover. After doing all the frustrating forms, you need to take two photos of the check and submit them. Guess what? It is impossible!!! When I finally got one photo to work, the second one fails and I have to restart the whole process. Yes you hear me! Restart from scratch!!! I have taken hundreds of photos without success and it is an epic failure. Maybe winning lottery has a higher probability than a simple check deposit. SHAME!

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. Retirement planning is dumbed down to the point that it's actually MORE confusing as the sources of their estimates are not clear. Are they based on current contributions continuing? Just my current balance? What led them to estimate my monthly retirement expenses at $10,000 when today they're 1/4 of that and my house will be paid off by then? Everything Fidelity does and says isintended to get more money from you. This is a company that cannot be trusted, despite the misnomer.

So Fidelity sends an email late on a Saturday night to tell me tax forms are ready, but when I try to see them, I get errors and told I need to create security questions! I can’t stand apps that use “security questions.” I never tell them actual dictionary words or the anything that looks like a word. Why on Earth?! My federal credit union doesn’t need that because it uses encryption. Doesn’t Fidelity use encryption and track device IDs? Lame.

Unable to upload documents from the app now....I’ve tried uninstalling the app like 3 times and still nothing...Not sure what the issue is but please fix it!

The reliance on an in app browser is a major problem. Too many things on the site rely on pop up windows which do not function in the app. For example, trying to “view statements” of a balance view is impossible.

I liked how simple it is. Each morning I check my acts and fidelity is most user friendly.just gets finicky once in awhile and facial recognition doesn’t work.
