When the game is supposed to open the camera, the screen is just red.

I can’t scan my face with my iPhone X because the camera becomes red with a black square. Fix this ASAP so I can scan my face and be in the game.

Doesn’t work. Go through many hoops to get signed in and then when it comes time to take a picture, it says “align face in circle” though it’s just a blank page, no face comes up/camera never allowed to take a photo. And yes, the camera is switched on with this app.

This app isn’t working on my phone i have an iPhone X and for some reason i only get a red screen and can’t scan my face I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded it several times still does the same thing.

This app would get a higher rating but the camera doesn’t even open up on the iPhone 8 and iPhone X pls update the app & fix

Worst App EVER! (For the IPhoneX)

I’ve downloaded this app probably about 10 times back to back! Gone in areas with different lighting and still my screen remains red with a black box on the bottom left corner. Idk what’s going on with this application but I see it has to do with EA Sports! Please get this thing to work for the IPhoneX. It’d be great to have my face on my player! ;)
