It will not let me scan anything. It’s stuck on a red screen.

Downloaded the app got to directions to begin the scan and it’s just Red. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it same thing. Logged out logged back in still the same thing.

I’ve tried redownloading, resetting my phone, etc. but this app will not scan my face at all. It is just a red screen with a circle in it and it doesn’t even try to access the camera.

I don’t know if it’s a glitch or something but whenever I try and scan the screen just turns red and doesn’t show my face on it at all please fix this so I can scan my face

Fix this app, if you care about the fans at all.

Seriously you guys in 4 months haven’t fixed this app? 70% of people can’t get it to work. My issue is that I get my face to work and everything but when I press upload it goes forever and then says upload failed try again? Over and over again.

Just get a red screen for the face scan part of the app. Literally the only thing I downloaded the app for and it doesn’t work. I am using latest iOS 11.2.1 and iPhone X

But this time I had to. Lol this was sooooooo trash I had to warn others. On the iPhone X and the camera doesn’t even load up. It’s legit the most pointless app. The fact that scanning your face via the Kinect isn’t even an option is laughable. On the PS4 you can scan your face but thanks to Microsoft and everyone else, they made the Kinect pointless. So when EA decided to skip a out on that option, release an app that doesn’t even work, it’s just as pathetic lol.

I know that nba live’s competition is NBA 2K and they are dominating on the console side. Lemme say that again, CONSOLE SIDE. If u look at mobile, 2k eleminated lives “companion”. This is app is not near a companion and is only a head scan which works great by the way, but looking at 2k’s, it is amazing!!! U play to earn stuff in the console version, u can still probably do head scans, and if u do not own the game, hell, u can still play with the cards.. what am saying is the live companion is lacking and needs a HUGE update or new app overall

I have an iPhone X so should work just fine but nooooooo, it sticks at “align your face inside the circle.” Are you guys doing anything to fix this?
