Screen just stays red. Deleted and downloaded app 4 times, like a crazy person! I know I have a face because that is my “password” TO OPEN MY IPHONE X!!!

it’s not even scanning my face. The it’s just telling me to “align your face inside the circle.”

Every time I try to scan my face there is just a red screen and I’ve allowed access to the camera. The app is just broke and would be great if it would just work! I can’t scan my face at all which is what this app is completely for...

The face scan wouldn’t launch. It must not be compatible with iPhone X. Everything worked except the actual face scan.
