Tried using the app and the camera won't even open up and yes I allowed access. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still didn't work.

Bought the game because the app was a cool way to customize my player and the app doesn’t work. And there isn’t a way to adjust face without it. Fix it EA. The game is great but this makes the game fail. And I’m not sure why each game needs a different way to create a face, can you not save the face with a ea profile and it work on all games?????
