It worked great for me. The only issue I had was that it said I wasn’t in a well enough lit location, which I was. That only occurred once. The app worked perfectly for me. If it doesn’t work anyone else, your phone just isn’t go enough. It took me 5 minutes maybe. All in all, I like it a lot.

I’ve tried numerous times and all I can get is a red background???? I allowed the app to access my camera and no dice!!! This app is an absolute fail! If u didn’t read the subject this app doesn’t work for iPhone X:)

I just bought the game and wanted to use the face scan. I downloaded the app and logged in, everything was cool until the face scan screen appears and the screen goes blank behind it. I assume thats where the camera is supposed to do its job, but it never does anything. Tried to troubleshoot and I seen that EA is aware of the problem and its been an issue since (seems like) the game has been released. Cool game though.

Yeah get an ugly red screen with a weird box. No camera. No attempt to open camera. Nada. It’s “not in the game” folks.
