Poor documentation for linking to Dyson app

I have spent over an hour attempting to connect the Dyson C2 to the app. The manual is no help. The live chat is no help. I am a network engineer retired from Att and know wifi networks inside and out. This is a very poorly written app and/or software within the C2 purification unit. I will have to return this $500 product due to crappy software developers.

I just bought lightcycle and tried to pair with my iphone 11 pro ios 13.3. It crashes every time when it was pairing. Please follow up.

We have so many remotes, loss seems inevitable. All turn up eventually but the ability to control fan with app is priceless. Also love air quality graphics and overall stats

I finally got the connection to work on my phone it work great. I don’t understand how it collects the air quality data but I trust Dyson to its job. I don’t have beef... please add voice control to work with google! Thanks for a great product!

I wish you can slide the graph to see what time the spike in air quality happened. This would help me associate a particular activity that caused it.
Can’t connect to dyson

I’m using this app on iOS 13.3. First time it failed to connect to dyson. Second time it took more then half an hour to connect but finally failed. After reading the review here, I tried to install this app on my ipad which is iOS 12.2, it can’t even login to my account. It was saying can’t connect to dyson network. We are very disappointing at this. This app is the main reason that we bought dyson link. Please fix these ASAP.

I have to say that this is one of the worst apps I have ever TRIED to use. I say tried to use because I can’t even get in to access the app. I was able to get into it once but when I tried to set it up I couldn’t because I have both 5 and 2.4ghz networks. It couldn’t distinguish between the two and crashed on me. Then I got locked out somehow. I set up my account, reset my password probably a dozen times and it still won’t recognize me. Says my password is incorrect. Reset, reset, reset. Kinda hard to use the app when it can’t even accept a username and password...you can do better than this Dyson.
