Not a big fan of how the hourly monitoring is a big guess between every 6 hours. Also don’t like that I can’t program more than one consecutive room without deleting the previous room. And lastly not sure why but occasionally there is a conflict between what my machines air quality readings are and what the hourly reading is.
Interrupts me to ask about a survey

All this great work making great hardware products and skipped quality assurance on the mobile app? 30 mins lock seems infinite as 3 days have passed and still locked out of my account. This should have been tested clearly was not!
Geographic AQI appears imprecise

The machine works great and personally had no troubles with the connection, but it looks as if the location based AQI data is imprecise, in the sense that it does not match the same information from other sources for my area (eg AirNow.gov). Did anyone else noticed the same?
App won’t open

I just got my new Dyson product, downloaded the Dyson Link app and it won’t even open. I even restarted my phone. Nothing.
Worse app ever

Dyson support doesn’t understand app display and nowhere does it tell you what the display items are. Terrible user interface.

The machine itself is wonderful, but it will NOT connect to the app. I will restart it and for a minute I will have it connected to the app but it keeps dropping the connection. Very frustrating as one if the reasons for getting this particular machine was because of being able to control it through the app.

First Time Dyson Disappoints Me

I bought the HP06 PURE HOT + COOL CRYPTOMIC, paid a pretty penny and I’m considering returning it for the leas expensive one. This is my problem with the machine and the app. When I turn on the machine it blows out cool air when I’ve specifically set it to hot. Or it will automatically switch to cool and there is no way to turn that off. I cannot do anything about it through the app so I have to (in the middle of the night) get up and point the remote. I do not recommend this product for that annoying reason.
